Caregiver Job Application

Everbright Home Care LLC is actively hiring Caregivers.

Requirements:

• Active CNA License

• Valid Driver’s License or State-Issued ID

• Current Auto Insurance

• First Aid/CPR Certification

• Food Handler’s Permit

• Current TB Test

• Minimum of 12 Hours of Continuing Education

• Ability to Pass a Background Check

• Strong Communication Skills

• One (1) year of prior home care experience preferred but not required
