EverBright Home Care LLC provides non-medical in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, homemaking, and support with daily living activities. All services are delivered by trained caregivers in accordance with Washington State regulations and agency policies.
Our services are intended for adults and seniors who need assistance to remain safely and comfortably at home.
2. Client Eligibility & Service Agreements
Before beginning care, clients must complete an intake assessment. This is used to understand individual needs, preferences, and safety considerations.
A separate Service Agreement will outline:
• The specific services to be provided
• Schedule and duration of care
• Fees and payment terms
• Rights and responsibilities of the client and the agency
Services will not begin until the signed agreement is completed.
3. Limitations of Care
EverBright Home Care LLC does not provide medical or clinical services, including nursing, injections, wound care, or medication administration that requires a licensed nurse.
Our caregivers can assist with:
• Medication reminders
• Daily living tasks
• Mobility support
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation
Caregivers may not perform tasks outside their training or Washington State Home Care Aide scope of practice.
4. Website Use
This website is provided for general information and to help you contact our agency. By using the site, you agree not to:
• Copy, modify, or distribute website content
• Use our forms for fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Attempt to access systems or information without permission

Clients are responsible for payment of all authorized services based on the rates stated in their Service Agreement.
Accepted forms of payment may include:
• Private pay
• Long-term care insurance (if applicable)
Late or missed payments may result in pause or termination of services.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel services according to the terms listed in their Service Agreement.
EverBright Home Care LLC reserves the right to end services if:
• Safety risks arise in the home
• Caregivers are repeatedly treated disrespectfully
• Payments are consistently late
• The client requires medical care beyond our scope
Written notice will be provided whenever possible.
8. Liability
While our caregivers are trained and supervised, EverBright Home Care LLC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including emergencies, unsafe home environments, or medical events outside our scope of care.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
